With the following guide, you can achieve a BLU phone reset, meaning all the settings on the phone will be restored to their default state.
Before you reset your phone, certain instructions need to be followed. These are not instructions, but rather a precautionary guide to ensure you don't lose data, which might include photos that you have taken.

Precautions:
- Back up all your important data which includes personal photos, files, and videos.
- Ensure that you have charged your device to atleast 30 % battery life. That's required otherwise you will be stuck in a boot failure or you will not be able to achieve BLU mobile phone's reset.
- You should know your Google Account username and password. This is important because if you lose, you will have to either create a new Google Account (Gmail ID) or factory reset the Google account password.
Now that you are done with the instructions, let's proceed to the actual guide on resetting BLU mobile phones.
Factory Reset BLU Phone
Follow the guide below:
- On your phone, go to Settings.
- Then go to Backup and Reset. Sometimes it's found under Additional Settings in some other models.
- Now select the 'Factory Data Reset' option.
- Your device will warn you to back up your data. I am sure you have taken it as shown in the precautions above. If no backup is needed, then you can directly proceed.
- Now click on "Reset Phone" to fully reset your phone.
- It will again ask for confirmation. You can safely proceed.
Note: The process might take anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes, depending upon your device.
