As promised by Samuel Ohev Zion, BLU Products CEO, BLU G9 has started receiving the April 2019 Android security patch update.
BLU G9 is the latest Android smartphone and the best device under a 200-dollar budget. It runs on Android 9.0 Pie version out of the box. With any further delay, I would like to guide you to BLU G9 specs if you want to read and here I want to tell you about the new BLU G9 software update availability.
Although the BLU Vivo XI+ Android Pie update is still in beta, we have some good news there a new updates available on BLU G9. The device is now seeding the April Android security patch fix. It's a piece of surprising news to us as well.
How to Update
To download this update, follow the process mentioned below -
- Go to Settings and then tap on System.
- Now under System tap on System Update.
- Once you do that the system will auto-check for any software update availability. In this case, you will see an update available.
- Click on Download and once it's done click on Install.
The update weighs around 131.7 MB and brings the Android security patch update for April 2019. That's maybe late but BLU has just changed things i.e., they have now invested in software development too. That's a good move.
