On your iPhone, go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Cellular Network.

Valid Internet Plans:
Check whether you have a valid mobile data plan. If you don't have a valid plan then you might not get data. What you can simply do is to contact QLink customer care for help or login into their portal.

If you don't have any plan active, then simply recharge your mobile and you are good to go.
Data Consumed or Data Limit Over:
If you have reached your data limits, then also your mobile data will not work. Check your mobile plan or Settings > Mobile data/Data Usage. With 5G data limits can be reached easily if you stream videos in HD or full HD like watching YouTube, and movies on Amazon Prime, or Netflix.
