BLU Products, an unlocked smartphone seller in the United States has officially launched an all-new BLU G9 phone. It's the latest mid-range flagship mobile phone next to BLU Vivo XL4 which recently got the March security update. This month Vivo XL4+ launch was rumored but BLU had something different for us.

BLU G9 is the latest smartphone in the G series. It's altogether a new series by BLU Products introduced after it has taken an oath to become a good smartphone player in the United States. BLU is on the line after Samuel Ohev Zion, the BLU Products CEO said that they will be launching fewer phones but they will be of higher quality. It was announced at the launch of Vivo XI+. Also with the new upcoming BLU phones, he promised guaranteed software updates, at least Android Pie will arrive at the BLU Vivo XI Plus smartphone(The update is still in beta testing).

Going through the BLU G9 specifications, the device comes with a 6.3-inch HD+ Infinite display. It runs on the latest Android 9.0 Pie version out of the box and may get the Android Q update next year. However, please wait for an official word from the company.

Under the hood, the latest BLU G9 mobile phone is powered by an Octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 processor clocked at 2.0 GHz. It's coupled with 4 GB of RAM and includes a total of 64 GB of inbuilt storage on the device itself.

The BLU G9 is a dual SIM unlocked smartphone, which means that it supports all the major carriers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or any other part of the world. Officially going through the listing page, it supports 4G LTE (1/2/3/4/5/7/8/12/13/17/28) 3G: (850/900/1700/1900/2100) bands in the US. So that includes compatibility in USA Nationwide on all GSM Networks including AT&T, T-Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Straight Talk, MetroPCS, US Mobile, Visible, and others. Also to mention that this smartphone or any other BLU GSM phone isn't compatible with CDMA networks like Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and Boost mobile.

Going through the BLU G9 rear camera has a dual-camera setup with 13 mega pixel primary camera and a 2 mega pixel image sensor to capture the depth of the field info. Coming to the front camera, we have a 13 mega pixel image sensor on the front.

In terms of battery, there is a 4000 mAh Super battery that keeps the light on the device. It's with a 5V/2A quick charger. There is a fingerprint sensor section placed just below the rear camera.

The BLU G9 primary camera is equipped with a state of art AI sensor that reaches up to 52 MP in high-density resolution. Using the Super Zoom feature, you can even capture 1/4 of what is visible on your phone with full clarity. For example, take the "Franklin" text on your currency note.
